SHIPPING

Once you buy the subscription and fill in your cycle dates, we deliever the package (with the desired product mix shared during registration), 5 days before your next cycle every month till the end of your desired tenure (As per package -3 month/6 months/1 year).

We use leading courier companies to deliver the goods and tracking details are shared with you, each month (till the end of your subscription) once the package is dispatched from our office.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept all Major Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard) & Debit Cards for payment. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD)

RETURNS & SKIPPING

Once the subscription starts and the package is delivered, there is no provision of returning the product as these are Sanitary Pads/Tampons/Panty Liners.
However, customers can always skip a month by sending a mail to deep@firststepprojects.com with your package details.

Cancellation

Subscription once bought can not be cancelled.
